Hey Guys,

So i'm reading the rules on this and i'm trying to see if the effects stack.

so for example i have 4 squad of wyches all four sergeants have PGL and all 4 hit. then are they -4 leadership? or -1 only.

please put your input

i'm thinking of putting together a list that works at destroying their leadership characteristics and forcing morale checks

The Phantasm GL rule specifically tells you the answer to this question. How can you possibly think the effect of multiple PGL can stack with each other?

The 'abilities' of the Phantasm Grenade Launcher' is pretty clearly worded:

If a unit is hit by one or more phantasm grenade launchers, subtract one from its Leadership until the end of the turn.

Yeah, i went back and carefully Re-read the Rule and realized my mistake.

so how would i go about making a list to mess with leadership shenanigans?

Honestly, I wouldn't bother. Morale is completely and totally situationally effective, which means it really isn't useful to plan around for a consistent way to win.

There are several armies that can more or less ignore morale wholesale (Tyranids, Orks). You also have armies comprised of tiny units that are essentially immune to morale as well (as you can't inflict enough casualties to make morale matter). And of course you have single-model armies (Knights) that are 100% immune to morale.

So even if you were to find the perfect combo to give you -2 or -3 to opponent's morale tests (if that is something that is out there), it would still end up being a total waste in a bunch of your games any way.
