Hello,

Model-wise, I'd like to know how to model a Platoon Commander vs a Company Commander. I opened up my Command Squad box, but it just says, "Company Commander". I want a Company Commander, but I also want platoon commanders. How do I distinguish them? Please note, that I want to go WYSIWYG.

TO have them stand out, my Platoon commander has no hat and the chest with the armor plate on it and aquila, Company Commanders have the large hat and medals, but a commander is a commander, the only WYSIWYG you should worry about is wargear.

Shadowrun is the best game ever. It's the only thing I have ever played in which I have jumped out of a shot out van with a chainsaw to cut a flying drone in half before leveling a building with ANFO assisted by a troll, a dwarf, an elf, and a wizard.

Rank markings. It used to be that platoon commanders were lieutenants and company commanders were captains. Forge World's Elysians use shoulder pad symbols and helment stripes to indicate rank (IIRC, lieutenants have a yellow stripe, captains have a yellow stripe with red edges, and a wreathed skull on the left shoulder instead of the company/platoon number). Or give captains peaked caps instead of helmets. Forge World do a Cadian command set with an officer with a peaked cap and a greatcoat.

Additionally, Captains might have different gear. Lieutenants might have more "basic" weaponry, but more oriented to close combat.
