So I wanted to try something completely different. A list mixing Custodes and sisters of silence, with Celestine as the general. I have absolutely no idea how this will work, or if it will. But I really wanna try something different, than all the usuall armies and lists.

So here we go.

The idea is to put all sisters in their rhinos, one unit of custodes in the land raider, the other standing back to hold objective, or ensure no DS getting to the back of the main army line.
Tanks move up, shoot, units embark turn 2 and start shooting, charging and beating things up. Celestine and her friends go character or heavy hunting by them self.

Also I should mention, this is not ment to be a competitive list. More ment to be me, playing some models I think are amazing and would really like to paint.
Anyway, if you have any input or see some fatal error I’ve made in the list building, please let me know 

Something I see right away that you could benefit greatly from is ONE more Sister of Battle unit, probably Seraphim. They pair very well with Celestine because they can keep up with her. I say this because Celestine grants one automatic Act of Faith to any Adeptus Sororitas unit in range, but since she is also a Sister of Battle unit she will do the standard Act of Faith 2+ check at the start of your turn. Not having one more unit means that act of faith is wasted. Celestine can be very dangerous as an opponent, and giving her something that can keep up with her, shoot, and fight a bit.

Likewise, if those Seraphim are near the Sisters of Silence, their faith powers allow them to Deny the Witch on a 1d6 instead of a 2d6. While not tremendously impressive on its own, having those Sisters of Silence around is a -1 up to -4 penalty to all psychic checks for your opponent meaning that a 1d6 has a good chance of shutting down an enemy psyker from casting.

Sisters of Battle and Sisters of Silence tend to pair well because they have complimentary abilities and share a fairly similar, if not, identical statline.

Good start to a list.
Fatal Error: Wasted act of faith which can be a pretty huge deal.

Recommendation: if you're going to be basically dumping custodes on objectives the Seraphim might be a good alternative. Faster, plenty shooty and can tend to hold their own

Custodes are too expensive to babysit objectives, i would change the list slightly to have 2 squads of custodes with 1 landraider each, expensive but the transport for the custodes is well worth it, and custodes landraiders are amazing with their 2+ BS.

Then grab a few standard sisters of silence squads for objective holding and if you want to be really evil, Inquisitor Greyfax and a Culexus assasin, combined you will be able to deny most psychic powers quite easily.

And yeah if you really want to use Celestine (she's awesome) i would reccomend getting another sisters of battle unit with her so the acts of faith are not wasted.
Gives the added benefit of having 2 HQ's and 3 Troop choices for a battalion detachment so you get +3 CP.
