The title pretty much says it.....

Does the changeling's aura grant -1 to hit even in the shooting phase?
Because the words say “when they are attacked....“.
I thought this was only for the CC phase, but yesterday i read, that its also active
in the shooting phase. What s correct now?

Yes true. But the word “attack“, for me, means CC and not shooting too.
So, as i am not 100% sure, i decide to ask here.

All you have to do is look at the shooting rules to see you're wrong. Each shot fired by a ranged weapon is called an 'attack'.
