I've played 4 games of 40k so far and TWC have been in every list. I like them, all of mine have storm shields. The cost of storm shields is 15 pts. for characters, 5 pts. for other models according to both Index 1 and the SM codex. Battlescribe has been charging 15 pts. for TWC storm shields, the TWC do not have the Character keyword. Is there something I'm missing with regards to TWC, the Character keyword, or something else relating to the point cost of storm shields or is this a Battlescribe error? That's 10 points difference per model if it's a Battlescribe mistake.

The index has a special entry for the TWC Stormshield, which is indeed 15 points.

Got it. I assumed it was the regular SM listing and not under the specific SW wargear.
