These are so cheap, is there really a good reason NOT to always take these options?
I understand shaving points in some situations and that many players don't like one-use items, but these just seem like no-brainer choices otherwise.

I am building my very first (and only) Rhino/Razorback and will be magnetizing it to include all the options.
I was just wondering why I don't see this option very often.

Dual Combi bolters on a chaos rhino is putting out 8 shots at 12". Not bad for 4 points.

The second Combi / Storm Bolter is so cheap I auto include it in initial list creation. I'll remove it if massaging those points gets me increased benefit elsewhere though.

HK missiles I don't look at. At its price point spread across multiple vehicles, that's a lot of points that I can put to better use than a one shot weapon.

Standing in the light, I see only darkness.

I quite like HKs. Given that you can get 2 for less than the price of a Tactical Marine, they are pretty good. It is a cheap way to help shave another D6 wounds off big targets.

Given that 8th is shaping up to be the alpha-strike meta. HKs provide a cheap and easy way of getting some extra heavy shots on Turn 1. A good choice if you were going to get that vehicle platform anyway.

I stand between the darkness and the light. Between the candle and the star.

Honestly Hunter Killers are actually good enough now that l say they're almost auto-include.

6 points for a one shot mini las-cannon? Definitely an auto include for me. The more damage you can frontload on turn one, the less damage is coming back at you on turn 2. Those 6 points could potentially take 6 wounds off a Landraider. For the price I can't say no. They don't really add up like they did last edition; 5 of them for 30 points is nothing really.

edit: I don't think you see them very much because of how they were rightly looked down upon as severely overpriced in 7th. That stigma has carried over to early 8th.
