What does the ‘Sold out’ mean?
When you see a product image greyed out with the Sold Out banner across it, that means the product won't be coming back into the webstore. The Add to Cart button is removed and the product's availability changes to ‘no longer available’.

Hah, no. No new models. Reboxed for 8th ed, perhaps...but no, GW doesn't do that short of a run of plastics - ever. Expect these to be "the" Harelquins for the next 10-15 years minimum.

There will be another troupe package. Maybe with a different number of models, and probably with a higher price-tag.

Everything went down as a result of (a) reboxing, or (b) people buying it up like crazy.

They are not replacing the models with something different.
They are not changing the kits.

Just be patient, or visit your FLGS.

No. Several products have been listed as 'Sold Out - No Longer Available' that have come back, either due to a reboxing or other reasons.

There is a difference between 'Temporarily Out of Stock' and 'Sold Out - No Longer Available'.

I would imagine it may have something to do with the fact that they are indeed awesome now and no longer suck. Everyone wanted to start an Troupe but the rules never supported it. Now its carte blanche to get your tight pants and sequins rolling into combat!

AdMech Start Collecting went "Sold Out" recently and came back. I suppose it's a matter of reboxing under new sales code or something similliar, so their shopping/book keeping system treats such items as separate entities. Nothing to worry about, Harlies don't go anywhere. Remember, that some of the newer plastic kits had 7th ed stats printed in assembly booklet.

Probably just reboxing to add 'Aeldari' onto it somewhere.

Definitely Reboxing. Two likely reasons:

1.) they feel 6 models isn't enough in one purchase so they're doubling it up like the AoS boxes. In theory this discounts them as they usually knock off 5-10 bucks off the total combined price, but you spend more up front due to having to buy more in general.

2.) Rebasing. They're being swapped over to the 32mms and are getting fancy new box art. Sometimes accompanied by a price increase for this, sometimes not. It's a tossup.

Alternatively, they're including the Power Level rules for them and that might be why they're being reboxed.

Do we really need a thread for every single model that goes No Longer Available for reboxing?

Apparently yes, just like the Primaris Marines nudging out Space Marines, people calling x army broken or underpowered, and people asking for rulings outside of the YMDC forum.

RAW, yes. It sounds like in your head cannon, everyone has access to your memories and would know everything that has ever happened.

"This product"
"The product"
"This thing"
etc...

Means that particular SKU. When they re-package them and update their rules insert and box art they'll get a new SKU and will be considered an entirely new product. Same models though. It's confusing, but it's how business works.

The interesting entries are the ones on made to demand and webstore exclusive.

I figured as much. I don't understand the secrecy.

I hope the new kit/box/whatever ends up with more fusion pistols.

Revising the packaging probably. Aeldari Harlequins on the box, maybe make it a box of 10 for 70 Canadian, call it a day

Scions have been sold out for a while too, but GW is hardly going to can a line they only created a couple years ago.

In a similar vein, Exocrines seem to be 'out of print' on all the 3rd party websites I went to in the UK last night.

Possibly a reboxing for them, too.

I actually had to by one direct from GW... #TheHorror

Do you think there is a chance of GW reworking the sprues so that there are more than 2 fusion pistols, 2 embraces, 2 neuro pistols, etc, get included in each box? I'd love it if there were enough weapons in each box to let out the models as you want, but I seriously doubt that would happen.

Still, a space elf ninja clown can dream...

It literally only takes a few seconds and common sense to figure out the answer.

When multiple basic or recently updated and otherwise totally fine kits are all unavailable it's not a big leap in logic to assume they're being reboxed or something. When I was looking at Nids stuff I didn't see the unavailable Carnifex and immediately assume it was getting a resculpt because several other popular Tyranid kits were also unavailable and the Carnifex kit will be around for years yet.
