Reece from FLG said that if you have ANY model in your detachment that doesn't have the <CHAPTER> keyword, you lose chapter tactics, ob-sec and relics.

I can't reconcile this with assassins in my head. A buddy plays GK with 4-5 assassins usually. Does he need a detachment for them? And what would their HQ be?

I know the assassins wouldn't get ob sec. I'm thinking of the other GK in his detachment.
