I love Cyril Abati's work (although he hasn't updated his site in years): http://neomodel.free.fr/index02.html (the gallery links below lead to more images)

I'd say my favourite is Ben Komets. Every piece of his is a work of art. He has done quite a few painting tutorials with painting Buddha
which I think are the best on youtube.

But the sickest artist is Bohun, He is just a mad man.
Just look at this masterpiece. Whole piece is covered with texture done freehand.

This guy isn't some ultra painter like what you've all posted but he makes fantastic tutorials and I think his stuff comes out beautiful even if he doesn't do things like wet blending all the time. His OSL technique is flipping awesome imo.

Always loved this demon prince.

“I am free, no matter what rules surround me. If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them; if I find them too obnoxious, I break them. I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.” ― Robert A. Heinlein

"Yar har fiddle-dee-dee, being a pirate is alright with me!
I'll do what I want 'cause a pirate is free, I am a pirate!"
