Quick question:

Can Fire frenzy be used on Hellforged Contemptors, Leviathans, dereado' Dreadnaughts as all have the <Helbrute> Keyword.

The stratagem doesn't use the keyword, it uses the units name. Only Vanilla Helbrutes can use it.

Q. the new chaos stratagem Fire Frenzy, does it also count for the Hellforged Contemptor, Hellforged Deredeo and all the others that got the 'Helbrute' keyword

A. That Stratagem can be used for any model that has the Helbrute keyword.

Q. It says it can fire all of its weapons twice, do you declare a first shooting action and choosing all your targets, and if you are done with that choose a second shooting action (and having a possibility of getting to target another unit) or do you fire your weapons twice at the same target all at once.

A. With this Stratagem you would carry out one round of shooting with each weapon than can fire and then carry out a second round of shooting. If the initial target is destroyed in the first round of shooting then you can pick a new target for the second round provided that it is still the nearest eligible target.

Q. When using this stratagem and the closest visible enemy unit is not a legal target (say an unit that is in combat) does this mean you cannot fire that phase and wasted a command point, or do you fire at the closest legal enemy unit, or do you fire in combat?

A. Eligible targets still have to be chosen using all the normal rules for shooting apart from that they need to be the closest target. This means that you can't choose a unit if it is within 1" of a friendly unit unless the firing Helbrute unit has some rule that allows it to specifically do so.

GW doesn't answer rules officially via email or Facebook. Essentially all you have is some person's opinions, and since the first one is clearly wrong (the stratagem never uses the HELBRUTE keyword) that throws doubt on the remainder. It's best to follow the forum tenets that only rulebooks and FAQs are official.
