Are legion of the damned in the new codex?

They're not in the codex.

You can use the rules for them in the index.

I imagine they'll appear again in a similar Imperial Agents thing with mildly updated rules, but they're pretty solid as is (I'd personally make them mildly more expensive with 2 Wounds to really give the illusion they're really frickin out there).

You only need to share one keyword - which would be Imperium.

Not if you need to use specific Chapter tactics - it's explicitly spelled out.

**Vector Strike**

It makes sense. LotD aren't part of any Chapter. You might field them using that -1CP detachment
