What powers should I be taking for each of them?

Also the brims do get the new "obsec" right?

With Smite being heavily nerf'd on blues and brims I don't think the squads warrant the bonus blue anymore.
However to answer your question, yes they get obsec

I think with rhe advent of rhe new codex it would be beneficial to try build a seperate detachment for your Berzerkers and fire raptor so you can avail of a legion trait and more importantly the new strategems.
I think I'd drop two of the malefix lords and the 35 point horror squad and try squeeze in another 5 zerkers and a dark apostle - that'd give you a vanguard detachment which would bring ALOT of free benefits
