I was devastated when they killed the old world, I thought I would never recover. But with this realization life has returned to my once shriveled neurons.

I have not had the energy to write this until now, and I write this in hope that I can cure others as well.

The old world is gone never to return, and its replaced by Age of Sigmar. My realization is this: One day Age of Sigmar will die as well, one day GW will die. The company I used to love, now I only dream of its demise, for none of what made it what it was is left. It is like a person with Alzheimers, it has the appearance of what you love, but on the inside there is nothing left of that. GW is sick, it has succumbed to the ailment of foul greed, and the only cure is death. That is the only way the IPs that is captive there can be free. Because it is not warhammer that is sick, it is not space marines or chaos, it is GW, a once greatly respected oasis of inspiration, now reduced to a putrid vulture brooding on top of all the IPs that was created in its early years, greedy eyes constantly searching for new ideas to lock away in its nest.

Just knowing that GW will die soothes my mind like nothing has ever done before. And that day when Age of Sigmar is destroyed by its infantile creators, i will savour its blood right from the jugular. That an abomination lives can not be prevented, but we can cherish that abominations have ends, and their ends are actually sweet. Every day up until that day will be a build up that makes that day so much better. And those who find relief in Age of Sigmar, I will savour their despair as well, for they have nothing else. They have already been fed by the sadness of those who was deeply involved with the old world, and in their bliss never realized their beloved Age of Sigmar will one day also meet a grizzly end. But we can realize this today and we can even savour just the thought that it will happen one day.

I don't think I have ever truely hated something or someone before. Of course its easy to dislike particular dictators of the past, but I didn't know them, i didn't even live in the same time as them. Some people would probably think its pathetic to hate a game, there's more important things in the world to worry about like starvation and famine. But then again most people probably don't spend every day thinking about a game. If they did they would find it quickly becoming as close as any family. Wouldn't you hate someone that killed your family?

Talk about overreacting. First, AOS is pretty good when you read into it. Second, the old world was stagnant. Yes, it sucks that it was removed, but I am enjoying AOS a lot more than I ever enjoyed WHFB.

I never thought I'd see the say when I would defend GW, but an "argument" like this is just stupid and infantile.

Alrighty. We get you don't like AOS, but definitely you are being overly dramatic. If a Table top game being discontinued has this much of an impact on you, I would really suggest you seek help. There may be some underlying issues. For sure, get over it and move on with your life like an adult.

Wow. Just wow.

Please be sure to post the link to you burning your armies on youtube. Those are always good for a chuckle or two.

More of a blog post really.
