FW bags (I would assume) left over from the model the person made the cast from. Mine had a few holes punched in them though for some reason. Inside they had smaller unmarked zip bags for the little bits which weren't attached to sprue/gates. As to telling how they are not genuine on the table top after cleaning, gapfilling and painting, pretty much impossible.
Most legit
FW bags have holes in them as well (about the size of a standard notebook punch, usually still hanging on), in order to let the extra air out for packing.
