Nice list, I like it. I'd only suggest to split the tankbustas into 3 units of 5, this way you can throw more melta bombs if you need to do it
I wouldn't bother with the deff rolla since you may want the bustas inside the vehicle the entire game and I can't see the purpose of ramming with a shooting platform.
Seems like you have 10 points available, you can add a 4th bomb squig or a big choppa for the big mek.
I thought I read somewhere that Ghaz only buffs goffs and grotsnik only heals deffskullz, but I looked in the index and couldn't find any issues. If it's true, you might want to downgrade to regular painboy with orderly and killsaw, or save on points to spend elsewhere.
If the tankbustas are going in a wagon try 3 units of 5 to get more tankbusta bombs thrown per turn, and 2 more free nobz. It also let's you not have to declare all 15 targets at once; sometimes aiming 5 at a time let's you prevent accidental overkill. You can also dump 5 on your way past an objective if really need to, and still move and fire the other 10.

These considerations are only rumors about the new codex maybe, the only clan related buff in the ork codex is snikrot's ability to give re-rolls on blood axes kommandos.
I'd take grotsnik over a regular painboy everytime, for just a few points more mad dok is stronger than a standard painboy, and those few points that could be spared add nothing to this list, which is already optimized.

remove Ghaz but provide Zhadnark which will fly accoss the board. remove some boys (2 par squad but we don't care) remove the doktor (you have three teleport to do with the weirds i am use without the doc you will do it) reduce tankbursters to 10 and split them for flexibility and command point purpose remove Battle Wagon to a Big Trakk (just to drive your tankbursters (and save points)
With all the saves here and there you can now take a Gorkanaut which will bring a lot (fear, destruction from Gork, possibily Mork)
Cherry on the cake with the Gorkanaut model you will have all you need to kustom your Big Mek with bike and KFF

This is also looks pretty good. Adding some FW options is iffy for me personally, 'cause I'm poor, but to each their own: I've also read elsewhere that the big trakk is a good alternative to the battlewagon in some situations. I would still include a doc, also, the durability increase on three maxed units of boyz is too much to pass up IMO.
