I am looking at starting a Primaris army and am wondering what bits work on the new models and what don't?

All heads, backpacks, weapons are pretty much plug and play.

Torsos are close, but slightly awkward looking. Conversely you can swap their legs onto normal marines and it looks ok.

You forgot the shoulderpads - those are compatible with regular SM pads.
