I wanted to get some feedback of what people think of this list. It is designed to be an all comers tournament list:

It looks pretty solid, but I'm worried you might be lacking in anti armour, as if you get unlucky with the basilisks (even with harker) plasma guns can only do so much even with overcharged shots. Also, range. Plasma is 24", so you put yourself in range of some NASTY anti infantry with 36"+ range.

I'd personally remove 1 hell hound tank and put 4 Lascannons in the infantry, using the two without to keep em safe, and pick up some slack if the basalisks fail.

Whoops, I've just re read your list, and I've come to the conclusion that trying to use higher brain functions after 2 hours sleep is an useless endeavor...

Your list is great. Good mix, plenty of dakka

I want a second vulture. Not sure how to fit it in.

This is a solid I think you got all your bases covered.

I feel it is pretty well balanced. I also tried not to take any spam of "Cheesy" units and stuck with what I feel are staple units.

Good list but I would try and fit in a Trojan in to give the shadowswords rerolls to all its misses

That is an option. I took this list to a tournament and went 3-0. I tabled every opponent by turn 4. It seriously just puts out so much dakka very little survives.
