I like the list, but I see a few things that could make it even better:
-Replace the footslogging Chaos Lord with an Exalted Champion. Based on the loadout on that Lord you're using the DV Chaos Lord model; just keep the same weapons and say he's an Exalted Champion. Those rerolls to wound will come in handy. The points savings might even get you an extra Berzerker or two.
-You might consider the Brass Collar of Borghaster, as otherwise you have no psychic defense other than the WE stratagem, which is certainly better than nothing at all. Might even be worth it to spend a CP to have both the Collar (on one of your characters) and keep the Talisman on your Prince.
-Definitely consider putting Chainsword/Chainaxe on your Berzerkers as the loadout of choice. GW unfortunately hasn't made this easy, which is why I use AoS Khorne Bloodreavers as my Berzerkers.
-Drop a few Raptors and stick a big blob of Cultists in there. Keep your stuff from getting charged too early. This will help make sure your Berzerkers are the ones getting the charge for that sweet +1A. Plus, then it'll be Cultists that'll be taking the Smite wounds instead of your other stuff.
Just my 2 cents.

Awesome advice and good eye that is indeed the DV lord. I try not to proxy stuff but calling him an exalted champion sure is tempting.
Thanks for all the tips.

Cool list.
I second the brass collar suggestion since this change is absolutely free barring 1 cp and very beneficial.
I'd also recommend going 9/8/8 on those zerks. I've found these units sizes to be near optimal and incidentally fluffy as well.
Run those rhinos in tandem to lessen the chances of getting the contents wrapped and destroyed.
Also I'd personally want to put some power weapon in each raptors unit even at the expense of a couple bodies.. either TLC or LC/cbmelta. With +1 attack and DttFE the champ is actually quite a blender.

I think the list is very fluffy, but you may get shot off the board against a very shooty list. You absolutely have to go first, so that your Rhinos can advance move and pop smoke.
If you go second, a shooty list will push out its bubble and then destroy your 3 Rhinos. (Ignore your hellbrutes).
Then your turn, you drop in your raptors, but they can't get to any of the good stuff cos he pushed his bubble out. And you then spend a turn footslogging all your zerker squads and your hellbrute up the field. So, he then gets to shoot you for yet another one, possibly two more turns. (He can fall back with his bubble and shoot you, if his bubble gets engaged.)
By the time you are finally near his lines, you are heavily depleted. I personally love assault armies, but they are heavily dependent on going first. I am still trying to figure out the best way to make them work myself.
Your list should be fine if you are facing non optimised armies. But if you are, and especially if its a shooty army, its going to be rough.

No, I mean Bloodreavers, as in the bare-chested guys. They are about the same size as the actual Berzerker models (whereas the Blood Warriors are actually somewhat bigger), and they come with the right type of weapons to make good stand-ins. Yes, Blood Warriors would be better, but at $60 for 10 guys vs. that same $60 for 20 Bloodreavers, the choice was obvious for me. You just have to forge the narrative to explain why the bare-chested barbarian guys are in there with all these Space Marines and stuff. I know my group is cool with it.

You could make some minor optimizations to really make this shine. The raptor champion doesn't even have power weapon. Even if you don't plan on using them in combat it's a steal. The thing that makes raptors strong is that they have fly, so you can leave combat and still shoot their weapons. At the same time, you can also include 2 special weapons in a squad of 5, meaning you don't need 10 dudes just to have a 2nd special weapon.I would drop it down to a 9 man squad and give the champion a combi melta.
And each rhino comes stock with a combi bolter, but they also can take an another combi weapon. And even just another combi-bolter for just 2 points.
And Power scourges on helbrutes are super good. The difference in strength and AP is negligible against most infantry, so they are especially more killy against infantry with the extra 3 attacks.
Someone else mentioned this, but an exalted champion might be better than a 2nd foot slogging chaos lord. And this is up to you, but you are running 6 vehicles, so a cheap warpsmith that can restore wounds to vehicles can have a lot of value.
And while you would miss out on the pistols, you can equip the beserkers with an axe and chainsword, and divide their attacks to have 1 and 1, but since one attack is on the chainsword you still get the bonus attacks. And plasma pistols are good too.
And I've never found Dark Apostles to be especially effective. So in summary I would drop him for a warpsmith, and still have some points left to add some combi-bolters to your rhinos and maybe a power scourge or too. And from there drop 2 raptors from each squad. 1 to give the champion a combi-melta, and the other to give each 10 man berserker squad a plasma pistol. For the cost of a dark apostles and 4 raptors, you're getting youself a warmsmith, 3 combi-botlers, 2 combi-meltas, and 4 plasma pistols.

Lots of solid solid advice here. My zerkers are nicely painted and built as is so i wont touch them even if chainswords > pistols.
The raptors on the other hand i could make changes to.
The helbrutes are the DV set so come as is, wish it was the one with all the weapon options instead but ah well having a meltagun is always useful.

I would suggest squeeze in combi meltas for all the three of your Rhinos if you can manage it. That way, you have raptor with meltas, Rhinos with combi meltas, and hellbrutes with multi meltas for your anti-armor.
Don't underestimate how much effort it requires to kill off a vehicle without dedicated anti armor guns. Even a cheap Rhino has 10 wounds with T7, 3+ save. You want your zerkers charging the good stuff, not some cheap Rhino.
