I'm painting a model and one of the steps will be to add OSL on marble. I'm not 100 percent sure on how to do this. The way I see it there are 3 things I could do.
1. OSL first, gloss later
2. Gloss first, do OSL normally
3. Gloss first, OSL later, but make it brighter in certain spots since the surface is so reflective. I'm leaning towards this one

Did anyone ever do something similar?

You might try putting the bright reflections in with your underlying colors and then do the Osl light with a clear paint.

Help me, Rhonda. HA!
