I'm looking to buy a Stormraven for an ultramarine army, but now I've seen a deal on a Blood Angel Stormraven box. Does anyone know if I can just build a regular Stormraven from the Blood Angel Stormraven box, of if I would be missing some parts (i.e., does the Blood Angel Stormraven kit have some essential parts with Blood Angel icons?).

There is no Ultramarine stormraven kit. The kit was made for Blood Angels and Grey Knights, and then Ultramarines went "but we want that toooo" and got rules for it. Same kit.

The Stormraven kit has iconography for Aquila, Blood Angels and Grey Knights.
Just use the Aquilas for generic chapters.
