Ive had this idea for a while but never been able to implement it. This Summer's charity army involves Eldar so I went with some elvish vibes. Essentially I can just print these off in sets and
it cut down basing time drastically. Super glue them down, and a quick base coat/wash/drybrush later and they are done.

Ill be doing different themes later. I'd be remiss to not point out I can always use support paying for these charity armies and projects, so if you need a set or two I have them available over at baphominiatures.com

Those are pretty slick

some of them seems to be off center a bit

would love a set of industrial toppers like that. though personally i like the top bit to be a bit wider than the top of the base. that way i get a little lip to grab models by as i magnetize them.

You try putting them on with a shaky hand
(seriously though, still working with nerve damage so wonk wonk)

I have like a huge assortment of 25mm's from over the years, some are beveled and some are not, so these are sized at about 23.8mm. On GW bases, that gives a slight lip to grab which I agree, I prefer. It just makes picking them up easier, magnetized or not.
