Would you allow someone to take a titan who plays cultists?

Pretty sure GSC can only take AM imperial allies, so unless the titan has the AM keyword, that's a no.

Orkz is never beaten in battle. If we win, we win. If we did, we did fighting so it don't count. If we legz it, we just come back for annuver go, see?

Follow the rules for the army. GSC has so many things they have access to that they don't friggin need players to just throw in more stuff willy nilly. You want a Titan, get a Tyranid Titan and be done with it.

If you're not playing Matched Play (such as a Narrative Battle, or Mega Battle), then sure! Go right ahead! If you're playing Matched Play, then as mentioned, that "titan" will need to have the Astra Militarum keyword.

No, I'm trying to play my games using the GW rules, in order to give them an actual chance at the balance they're saying they want in the game.

If cultists want a titan the only way is to ally with Tyranids and take a biotitan. Same way if the AM want a titan they have to take Space Marine allies.

If they let me start 100% of my army in deep strike reserve, cast the same power more than once, and basically ignore all the matched play restrictions, on my side, sure.

What? No. The Titan faction Keywords are:

Imperium, Adeptus Titanicus, <Titan Legion>

no mention of SM anywhere, or AM for that matter.

Why would they need SM allies? Titans are Adeptus Titanicus and Imperial keywords.

Fluff wise there is a Knight House that has been infected by a Genestealer Cult. I am sort of hoping they someday release rules for the GSC Imperial Knight. But I think that is about as far as the GSCs have managed to infect titan wise.

These are my opinions. This is how I feel. Others may feel differently. This needs to be stated for some reason.

This would depend entirely on why said person wises to take said titan.

Well...I Think you could go: GSC, AM Allies (ignore faction per rule), then Ally in a Knight using Imperial from the AM? sounds sketchy... But fluff wise House Mortimer is supposed to be GSC. So why not?

Wouldn't work for Matched play as you don't use the AM Keywords for list purposes, so you would not be able to allie in a Knight.

I do think that a GSC Knight would be cool. Limit it to 0-1, and it obviously doesn't get Cult Ambush. (although that would be hilarious.) The fluff supports it, with one or two Knight Houses being under control of a cult. AdMech are getting their own Knight Houses, so I could see it maybe happening later on for Knights... but not Legio Titans.

I've never played a game with Titans. Are they generally considered fun to play with/against?

Depends on the attitude of the Titan player (and if you know beforehand that you'll be facing one) - one of our local Titan owners is fun to play against, another not so much...

It depends.

I love playing against Titans, because it's an epic struggle between superheavies where firepower that can level cities is exchanged in a furious 3-on-1.

If you're trying to play a Delta-Force style army (e.g. GK paladin spam), then it's not going to be so fun.
