I plan on keeping the sanguinary priest as my warlord to capitalize on the sanguinary guard's reroll perk and boost them with +1 str.

The librarian will stick around them for shield of sanguinius.

There's 9 units that can deep strike and 9 that can't, so that works well.

Whirlwinds in the backfield with the Predator for support/defense, and plenty of troops and scouts for objectives.

3 assault squads, veteran vanguard, and a captain for jump pack frontal assault, and then bring in sanguinary group with librarian to flank.

Inferno pistol is insanely overpriced. Take a plasma pistol instead. The captain can supercharge it, and reroll 1s. Same for the relic blade, its 25 pts. I would pick a poweraxe instead. You save 33 pts. Equip your sarges with stormbolters, they are very good for 2 pts, 4 shots at 12".
A baal pred is also overpriced. Instead i would pick two razorbacks with twin ass cannon each. They are 200 pts, and can carry 12 models. They have almost twice the wounds, if you lose one, you still have one left. Lose the baal pred, you have nothing left.
I dont like the hunter killer missile. Its only 6 pts. but it has to hit, and it has to wound. If it fails one of these the points are wasted. If you plan to hide the whirlwinds in your backyard they dont need stormbolters. Give those your sarges at the front.

Relic blade inferno is basically poor-man's Dante. I know the benefits of plasma, but the occasional D6 wound gun is handy.

I'm going for a brigade detachment to have 12 total command points, so dropping a heavy unit for two transports is a no-go.

Hunter-killer is insurance.
