So, I have a fair amount of space wolf models - but not a lot of marine vehicles. So I thought about making a 13th company Space Wolf Army. The key elements of the 13th company is no vehicles (bikes are the only exception), no walkers, and no blood claws (since all the surviving 13th company are well beyond blood claw stage). Terminators are are "stretch" ... but I have the models so I'll make an exception. Here we go.....

The Grey Hunters can work objectives, with the battle leader supporting which ever groups are likely to need it. The GH squads are outfitted slightly differently for variety more than anything, but all are capable. The terminators can deep strike onto objectives along with the Rune Priest, which can provide additional cover save support for whatever part of the army needs it. The Wolf Priest generally rolls with the bikers and can help heal them or the terminators, as well as supporting them in melee with his aura. There are wulfen because why not - expensive but they provide a big boost to your other troops with their auras. And I included scouts because I like the wolf scouts and they can be a real pain / distraction for your opponent to draw attention away from other areas. Long fangs provide fire support and cover for advancing grey hunters.

I wouldn't play small units of grey hunters on foot to be honest, I'd make units of 10 unless you put them into razorbacks, but maybe in your list with that many targets they could work, probably keeping them cheap as the flamer is not worth it and plasma pistols are a waste of points for small footslogging units that go for objective. Just take a plasma gun and a combi plasma in those squads.

Ditch the combi plasma in the long fangs unit, the pack leader is there only to be the first casualty of the squad and save one heavy weapon.

I'm not sold on the rune priest too, Arjac would be a better option since he buffs terminators, TWC and wolf guard bikers. But the psyker is not terrible.
