Just me, but I'd cut down a few TACs to give yourself some more special weapons? Your death company are super cool, but giving them some 4 point power weapons will really boost their hitting power against MEQ. At 7 points, plasma pistols might also be pretty handy all around.

Solid start, I like what I see.

Do you plan on running this in detachments? With the units you have you could run a battalion and vanguard detachments, giving you a nice 7CPs.

I agree on TACs, I like running 5 man squads with HF or plasma in Razorbacks. Plus a Razorback can fill the same battlefield role as a Baal pred while protecting your units.

I also agree on the power weapons. Maybe look at some JPs too for the death company. Both your HQ buffing them come with em stock, so it's thematic and tactical.

This one may just be me but I always have a sanguinary priest or two in any of my BA lists. I find them always worth there points.

For long range shooty power I love a predator decked out with las. And as I mentioned before Razorbacks are excellent. A mobile gun platform that also carries your guys to the front line.

Maybe drop one HQ for special/heavy weapons for tacticals and power weapons for death company.
