I've got an ITC tournament coming up a week from tomorrow, and I was thinking of running a dual-Legion CSM list, making good use of the new stratagems and traits from the new CSM codex. Here's what I came up with:
Detachment 1: Battalion Detachment (World Eaters)
HQ:
Exalted Champion: Power Axe, Brass Collar of Borghaster

Daemon Prince with Wings: Daemon of Khorne, 2x Malefic Talon, Talisman of Burning Blood

Total 1999 points, 8 CP (because 2 relics), and 12 drops
Planned tactics: The Daemon Prince will basically be a cruise missile; one of the Sorcerers will cast Diabolic Strength and Warptime on him, allowing him to move and advance twice and still charge and giving him 10 Strength 9 attacks on the charge, which could generate more against Imperial players with DttFE. He could certainly threaten any Imperial tank and could be a major nuisance to almost anything, although he will likely kill one thing and then die (hence the cruise missile analogy). Meanwhile the Rhinos full of Berzerkers charge up the field, advancing and then popping some smoke to protect themselves. The Alpha Legion units will benefit from their trait to get themselves in position, springing on turn 2 to support the Berzerker rush. The Cultists are mainly there to soak some Smites and prevent my stuff getting charged on turn 1 from alpha strike drop armies. If they survive a turn of getting shot at and the subsequent morale check, I'll pop the stratagem to respawn them in my opponent's deployment zone to harass some stuff. Maybe they could even help me get Linebreaker if it's late enough in the game. My main concern is anti-tank; it's basically non-existent in this list other than three units that could easily be singled out. I went with Helbrutes and bikers to benefit from the AL trait and still be somewhat mobile, and the Berzerkers can whittle down most things through sheer number of attacks (and a timely use of the extra fight stratagem), but is it enough?
I'd love some feedback from people who have had success with the new CSM.

If you have anti-tank concerns, you can try switching the helbrute from MM/fist to LC/ML. With the alpha legion trait it can sit back and just take pot shots at whatever needs shooting at until your stuff gets up the board. All for the "low" cost of 147 points I think? Alternatively you can try to make points for a full-LC predator at 190 points. Taking one sorc off a bike and dropping some cultists would probably be about right. They can all just hang back, hold objectives, protect the artillery from deep-strikes, all that good stuff.

Ideally I would do LC/ML on the Helbrutes, but I'm stuck with the Dark Vengeance models and my conversion skills aren't up to modifying one of those that much. I'd like to get a couple of proper Helbrute multi-part kits and magnetize them for all the options, but that won't be an option until my next payday, which will be far too late for the tournament, and I don't own any Chaos Preds (another item on my wish list). I do have a Land Raider, though, but I think I'd have to drop both Helbrutes and one of the Rhinos to fit it into the list.
One option I had considered would be to drop one of the Helbrutes for a squad of Raptors with 2 meltaguns. I don't have any Raptors with combi-meltas unfortunately, though, so I'm not sure this would be a good trade-off.

Basically the main change was to make the Prince an Alpha Legion one with the Slaanesh artefact so he can be a Psyker. Instead of using him as a "cruise missile" he'll support the rest of the army, filling the beatstick role as needed and taking the "I am Alpharius" warlord trait so even if he dies my opponent has to kill both of my Sorcerers as well to get Slay the Warlord. I probably don't even need the Brass Collar since I can deny 3 powers a turn plus one more with the WE stratagem, so I can save the CP. I marked all of the AL stuff with Slaanesh so I can cast Delightful Agonies on anything for the 5+++. That could be funny on the big blob of Cultists, or really good on the Bikes or one of the Helbrutes. Is this version of my list better; should I still take the Brass Collar for a CP for even more psychic denial?
