I have fleshed out my collection and now I have a full company of space marines plus command HQ, etc. Since I lack tanks, with only one rhino and one razorback, does anyone know how many Razorbacks and rhinos a company should have? I want to build an actual company rigtb down to the correct number of dreadnougyts...

A company has enough transports for everyone - so every Tactical and Devastator Squad should have either a Rhino or two Razorbacks. You might not need to buy transports for your Assault Squads if they have jump packs.

As for Dreadnoughts, there is no standard allotment so far as I can tell. The 3rd Edition Space Marine Codex states that four dreadnoughts is full strength but subsequent publications have varied on that. At least two and no more than five seems like the normal range for a battle company.

IIRC the old 3rd list put a company with 15 rhinos. Excessive, but that’s what it had. As long as all the tacs hove something, I’d be fine with you calling it done. How many boxes do you actually need from a practical POV?

In the last apoc book, to field the battle company you needed 3 dreads. But 2-5 is acceptable IMHO.
