SO I purchased a New inventory lot of 100's of Citadel paints, 2 project boxes 4 paint kits, green stuff, etc.

I even have the store display which is actually quite awesome.

Anyway, I purchased all of this to use in the future for all sorts of modeling projects.

However, my time is now occupied by work projects.

I realized tonight, it's time to let go of many "never to be hobbies" and my Citadel Games Workshop Stock is one of them.

So my question is... Do I:

A) Sell the entire lot at a great discount in one full swing.
B) Do I part it all out piece by piece.

I don't ask from a financial perspective (I know how much everything is worth) because obviously selling everything piece by piece would be more profitable.
I ask because I don't know how popular are certain paints and I don't want to end up sitting on dozens of odds and ends.

I guess the real question is:
Do you think there are people out there willing to buy an entire store display rack filled with paints and more?

I would, but the wife would kill me if I put it in the house, there is already a telescope in there and that's bad enough!

Plus getting it from the US would be quite expensive for me and you.

I do feel for you though, life just has a habit of getting in the way sometimes.

As for your question, Selling it in one go is better if the price is right and means you can get rid of everything, selling it piece by piece may be more profitable, but you may find that you'll end up with a few things that people will just not buy.

I think there might be someone out there, maybe put out lots of adverts, someone should come a knockin!

Good luck!

If you want it all gone ultimately, sell it as one lot. it will take longer but it ensures everything goes. Offer a good enough discount; this will encourage people to take the unnecessary stuff if they figure they're still above breaking even with the stuff they want (and the idea of having something as a "free" bonus is always a good way to entice them, even if it's their mind doing that enticing).

If you need the stuff gone asap and/or need the space, part it out. People will come grab what they need almost instantly, but you WILL (not may, WILL) end up with odds and ends you'll never be able to move (which is most likely the rack itself).

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
