Earlier this year I started working on a post apocalyptic zombie survival game and wanted to share the results. As we start headed towards the kickstarter for the game the work moves on to mostly just rule writing and logistics, so the fun part is over. :(

As more info about it and the kickstarter comes out, it will be posted here: https://www.baphominiatures.com/home-in-the-after/

47 full survivor/zombie sculpts, full base and several objectives, all 3D printed in their final render with a relatively quick paintjob. Enjoy!

The whole project is going to be printed for production using Solus Micron 3D printers and a Form 2 for the bigger stuff. The detail you can get out of the Solus is insane, its not something I could ever capture in traditional resin casting. All models average 23mm tall:

3rd party buildings and objectives from the local railroad hobby shop will be highly encouraged, but objectives/locales will be produced as well for use in game. Like this Safe zone and Mysterious bunker

Some of the Form 2 prints

The runner models (all Solus)

Survivors...check out that cane. Try casting that. (consistently)

A lot of detail was put in to each zombie. The one who hanged itself, the one who was chained up, the one who was stabbed in the back, etc. Fun stuff to paint.

Anyway, Ive put a lot of work in to this project in between commission and charity armies, so feedback is most definitely welcome.

I'm happy to see survivors that aren't armed to the teeth! (:

Terrain also looks good. Haven't seen terrain like that in the various zombie KS I've seen.

I have enough modern-day zombies so more don't add any value to me. I suspect this applies to many others. So maybe have a complete game, along with add-ons so backers can pick up sets of the miniatures.

Maybe post a pic of the survivors unpainted or with a better paint job?

Good luck!

Yeah, I'd be very interested in seeing the unpainted models. Maybe just do a quick wash on the bare model to showcase the details.

Yah for sure, these were the prototypes but the finals dont differ much other than the sculpt corrections (the "thin pants" syndrome I discovered):

It is a good job I stopped developing mine as this looked quite similar to what I was designing last year, though I used a mix of MakeHuman and Sketchup to design mysurvivors and zombies, but I couldn't commit to the project and ultimately I put it to bed, I still have my survivors, zombies and pickup truck lying about in a box somewhere.

It is great to see something similar though and reaching the stage it has as this is how I envisaged my project becoming, maybe with a few more buildings so it was more like a cul-de-sac or shopping mall so it was like walking dead/dawn of the dead style with warhammer 40k type rules simplified for a quicker gaming experience.

I wish you the very best of luck with this and I have really high hopes for it!
