Anyone playing with a SM techmarine on bike ? I think he is pretty decent. For 89 pts. you get 14" move, 6" advance, WS3+, BS2+, T5, W5, A3 and 2+ sv. A power axe for melee. He can repair D3 wounds on vehicles within 1" automatically, no dice roll needed. You can equip him with a conversion beamer (replacing his servo arm for only 8 pts) which is heavy D3 and has 42" range. At 21" and more his beamer is S8, AP-1 D2. You can also give him a combibolter for 2 pts., which adds to the twin boltgun on the bike. That gives him 8 shots at 12". You can also give him another powerweapon for melee (or a chainsword to save points) or any other combiweapon, or pistol.

A good character, but no aura - doesn't synergies well with a troop heavy list. That 98pts would be better spent on other choices that buff your troops than a single character that has lots of dakka but would get creamed by a CQB unit/character.

A super cool idea though.
I have a mek on a bike, and it makes little sense I guess for the points but I just like the idea.
I mean, of course he has a bike!
