Hiya all. My question is:

If I have a Herald of Slaanesh within 6 inches of a unit of Possessed with mark of Slaanesh, do they get the +1 to str?

The rules read "All Slaanesh Daemons receive +1 Str" and Possessed with the mark are both <Daemon> and <Slaanesh>.

Yes. Unless the rules states otherwise buffs aren't faction specific.

As long as they have the SLAANESH and DAEMON keywords, they are affected by the rule.

The rulebook FAQ (I think? Or maybe it was the designer's commentary) also clarifies that after the game starts, faction keywords and regular keywords are treated the same as each other.
