So every ork Klan has its own colours and motif

Evil suns-red and fast
Deffskulls-looted and blue
Bad moons-yellow and rich

But what about the blood axes?
I know they're considered the most "tactical" of ork Klan's
And that they sometimes loot IG camo
But I have no idea what their colours are

Going back a few editions Blood Axe orks wore gray Wehrmacht style uniforms.

Units of Blood Axe Commandos would wear camo patterns.

Yep I'm aware of the other Klan's, but I chose snakebites BC the tactical and smarter aspect fits for my idea of looting terminator armour for meganobz and llooting dreadnoughts for deff dreads

But I'm still a little stuck on a "uniform colour" for all my guys

The simplest option is to choose any imperial colours you like, representing the Blood Axes' admiration for and copying (or looting) of all things imperial.

One of the more amusing theories I've read is that most Blood Axes (except their kommandoes perhaps) don't actually grasp the concept of camouflage, and so happily wear e.g. snow camo in a jungle, or jungle camo in the snow.

Another related theory is that Blood Axes think the camo patterns have some magical power but the colours don't matter, and so they'll happily wear e.g. yellow and purple camo patterned gear.

Practically speaking, presuming you want a multi-clan army, pick a colour scheme that will stand out from your other clans, but consider maiking each unit slightly different colours or patterns so you can tell them apart.

Their heraldry colors seems to be green, yellow, red, grey. With a axe logos in these colors.

Their uniform color is simply many different types of camouflage of any color.

Grey and red seems to be the most common.
