Currently modding a Daemon Prince with Dual Talons. Majority of modded parts are from the Blood Isle Griphon. (Got one cheap on ebay, 10$).

I am not sure what to do about the right hand, I'd like to avoid 'cyber demon' looking parts, and the normal right claw got way too bulky even after modded not to look like a cyber claw. Currently it's got a spiked glove from the Ogre kit, but it looks a bit underwhelming compared to the left claw.

Head: Filed down the neck and sawed off the head from the Griphon, then built a feather cowl using greenstuff to make it appropriately attached.
Legs: Front Claws from the Gryphon kit, again attached and then added some feathers to the leg to make them feel naturally connected.
Right Arm: Sawed off the hand and added an ogre spiked glove. Not satisfied with it.
Wings/Back: Back required a lot of filing down and the wings required some cutting as well to get them to fit the way I wanted them to.

Left to do is modding the belt with a tzeentch symbol and drilling a hole up his butt so I can have him floating just above the ground, making the right hand feel more interesting and going at all the seams with liquid Greenstuff.

Feedback / ideas are appreciated

Nice work. The Daemon Prince is a completely gak model, so the further you get away from it, the better. This is 10x better than the basic model, so keep going. Well done.

That lord of change looks like it just cast demonic strength on itself lol.

Nah that looks great, would love to see that finished.
