I'd give 2 grav talons to the reavers but it's hard to spare points in your list, maybe cutting one disintegrator cannon and replacing it with a dark lance.

The +1 to hit cancels out the -1 on the glaive, so she hits at her base 2+. The drug is made irrelevant from T3 onwards by PFP, but that's the case with most units that have access to drugs.
