My local Warhammer Store (Basingstoke), had their 30 years of 40k celebrations and 5 years of their current manager this weekend.

As part of the celebrations, they held a painting competition. The premise was that you took a Primaris marine
and painted it up in a chapter scheme of your own design. You also had the option to provide some background lore for your faciton.

The winning entry would then be the Primaris chapter for the store.

There were a load of entries and everyone made a great effort! Not everyone wrote fluff for their chapter, but they all produced some great entries.

The competition was judged by Facebook likes, with the winning entry being the model with the most likes.

Nice competition. I like the idea of an orange hued chapter, there isn't much orange in the imperium.
