This model was converted for me by a friend of mine, and painted by me.

Looks stunning. Is that a sculpted cape or can I find that bit somewhere? It gives a lovely sense of motion to the mini.

That is an excellent conversion given life by a beautiful paint job! Kudos on the excellent paint work and decal work too on the cape!

I personally field the 5th Battle Company of Blood Angels here, and did up Captain Sendini (my own conversion) of the Daemonbanes. It's awesome to see others takes on the established Blood Angels Captains from in the fluff and lore, and I can say that I do prefer your version to the one GW version that was done up previously and painted using some of the same bits. I absolutely love the Iron Halo bit too that your friend added also, as an aside.

Great work as usual!

My one criticism, and it's really a nitpick, would be that the whole central area of the mini is very red; red chest, red on the tabard, red gemstone blood drop. I'd perhaps suggest picking out the trim around the sculpted musculature and around the blood drop on the chest in gold, just to break that up a bit.

He's perfect! This is very handy, as I'm actually working on accumulating the parts right now for my own Aphael build. So far I've got mostly the stock GW selection, but I didn't have a cape picked out yet.
