I need to understand about spinefists, in the past it is twinlinked but now it is count as single pistol even if model have a pair?

It is a pistol that makes a number of attacks equal to the model's attacks characteristic.

What the plastic model physically has is irrelevant, what the Datasheet states it has is all that matters.

However;
"Spinefists" is just another example where a single object is refereed to in the plural... it is something I personally distaste, but a long tradition within the Tyranid books.

Fluff- and rules-wise the spinefist is always used in pairs as far as I can find. Instead of making stats for a weapon that would never be used and then making a 'twin' version of it, the simply made Spinefists (i.e., a pair of spinefists).

One, a Pair, or a million of them... matters not, they have 'spinefists'
Can someone please make a plastic model that is nothing but a pile of Spinefists?

Twinlinked is two. Not millions.

Is spinefists only one weapon that lost twinlinked? Most of wargear that used to be twinlinked is now count as two.

Hope new codex will fix this.

The weapon's name is 'Spinefists'. Not 'twin-linked' or 'twin'.

It was not twin linked in 7th. Same as 8th, it was just a piece of equipment called "spinefists" that let the model take as many shots as it has attacks. Which meant then what it does now, termagants with spinefists make 1 shot even though each arm has one "spinefist."
