I was at my local wargaming club when we started talking about competitive lists for tournaments before 2018.

I was asked if the Necrons had anything that they could bring that would be as strong as "Flying Tzeentch Circus" and "Conscript Spam". Sadly I couldn't think of anything as our main attraction (Reanimation Protocols and Quantum Shielding) can be easily countered by focus fire and hitting QS vehicles with dmg 1 weapons.

The other Necron player at the club who has more experience with tournaments and competitive play was able to produce a list that didn't look that good on paper but once I saw it played I was hugely taken back by what the list did.

It consisted of 4 units of 10 Deathmarks, 2 units of 10 Tesla Immortals, 2 Overlord with Hyperphase sword, 12 Scarabs and 2 Tesseract Arks.

(I will explain his tactics if asked otherwise this thread will be really really long and clumpy).

Based on what he brought and what I saw I started "tweaking" the list into my own flavor and came out with this.

I am not sure how "competitive" this list could be but based on what I saw last night you shouldn't judge a list on paper alone. I haven't tried this list out yet but will be able to in the near future.

I was wondering what all yer thoughts on this list was before I bring it to the tabletop? Any advice would be appreciated.
