I use Imgur for my picture links, they have a handy BBCode bit on the pictures you upload there as well so you can select the picture size you want and then copy and paste the BBCode
I used Photobucket for years, then they switched models and now they suck. Lately I've just been using Facebook as an image hosting site. It's free and I usually already post my pictures on Facebook anyways.
