20 bezerkers and 5 Melta chosen infiltrate (close if I'm going first, not quite as close if I'm going second)
Deep strike includes a dreadclaw with 8 bezerkers , kharn and an aspiring champion .
10 warp talons and a jump sorceror.
Sorceror casts warptime on the talons, who will attempt to multicharge as much as possible to shut down overwatch.
Other things gamble the longer charge.

Rearfield has two units of cultists a combat hellbrutes and two dakka hellbrutes

Before talking about the actual list, I'd like to point out that you're going to use Warp Time on a unit of Warp Talons WITH A MARK OF KHORNE. The blood god is disappointed.

Other than the Warp Talons, most of the list moves pretty slowly, which means there's always a risk of getting out maneuvered. If you can find the points, I think you'd get more mileage out of lascannons on the Helbrutes. I think you'll find the ability to "reach out and touch someone" very helpful.

Its.. a bloodsecrator.. using blood magic.. to emblooden the khorne warriors to go faste.. you know, I think khorne will be fine with it if it means combat actually happens.

Fair point on the slowness , any suggestions? If need be the world eater can hop back in the dreadclaw to redeploy.

I do want to tweak it to fit in lascannoms and the couple of extra meltaguns.. not sure what to cut.
Haven't thought about relics or warlord traits yet.
