Hi all, I've not played Chaos since the days of 4th edition and I've always wanted to take a swing at Black Legion. The Forgeworld Horus Heresy line is brilliant and I'm planning on using as much of it as possible for this list, Sons of Horus Reavers as Berzerkers, MKIV heavy support squad for Havocs, Justaerins for Terminators, and one of the Mk2 or 3 squads (or both) for basic CSM. Obviously FW Abaddon will be present too.

That said, I'd like to be half decent on the table as well and I think this is a well rounded list that takes advantage of the strategems toolbox available.

Why is that spearhead + vanguard just call it a brigade and get more CP I don't understand.

I'm guessing you mean Battalion, and what's keeping me off it is having 4 Elites. It definitely was my original intention but I think I prefer one less CP for one more Helbrute.

What Elites choice would you trade out for a Battalion ? I'm thinking drop a Helbrute for Warp Talons ?

Abbadon cant take any relics, BTW. No named character can.
