With Adeptus Mechanicus being out what will be the next codex to come out? I checked the rumors page, but I did not see any threads there for the next codex releases. I was just curious to find out what was coming up. Thanks!

I doubt it will be next, but I hope the DA codex comes out fairly soon because I've put my army on hold until it comes out. Don't want to waste my time putting together an invalid/horribly sub-optimal army.
I wouldn't be surprised if the next one was xenos related, seeing that we've already gotten SM and CSM flavored releases.

Guard and Craftworlds are fantastic and much needed. Tyranids already have a good entry in the Index, but as a Nid player, I'll be happy to have some Hive Fleet stuff.

I saw somewhere (don't remember where) that Nids might be the first of the 3 xenos. Don't quote me on that.

I expect that the Thousand Sons will drop followed immediately by Space Wolves with a shiny new Leman Russ.
