It would be nice to use what info there is to make the conversion.

Some one eyed head, with the eye gone or replaced with something technical, small servo arm? A sensor?

Perhaps an existing cryptek body? Or a lord? Or a mixture?

Look up cryptek conversions for ideas to get a really unique body/profile. Its really easy to do neat stuff with necrons to make some crypteks.

As far as blinding him, a cryptek or preatorian head. I think the "blinding" bit would mostly be paint application.

You could take most any head, a knife, and cut a scar / crack across / around one eye. Black it out / paint it scorched, and then just make sure the other eye is brightly painted to emphasize the contrast.

Well all the official crypteks have one eye only, though I don't know any fluff that dictates it
