another proposed units for 40k that fit into 40k fluff this time, it's about Imperial Guard regiment that based on Valhallan Ice Warriors, it's the armies of Ferik Jurgen's clones and here's the backstory:

Spoiler:
at some point between late 41st Millennium and early 42nd Millennium, Techpriestess Felicia Tayber got an new STC, it's STC to make Human Replicae, CIaphas Cain decided to use that STC to Clone one of his Fellow Guardsmen: Ferik Jurgen(chosen to be cloned for the reason he's Psychic Blank) to raise an army, when Noctis Aeterna cuts his Home Planet, Valhalla from Astronomican, Cain and Tayber decided to raises and army of Ferik Jurgen's clones that's known as Jurgen's Replicae to survives horrors of the warp for considerable time until Indomitus crusade contacts he and his regiment in Valhalla planet itself

and here's the rules: Jurgen's replicae are like Imperial Guardsmen with one new Special Rule: Psychic Abomination(this make Jurgen's Replicae IG Regiment speciality lies in handling Psychic and Demonic threats) equipments are much like standard Guardsmen

what do you think?

That would make them a LOT more expensive, points-wise. Psychic Abomination is a powerful rule.

No. Fluff=/=rules, and fluff does NOT impact points costs.
