I am looking for specifically paints by Citadel that are identical to these Vallejo Paints. I am working on some early war german bolt action models and want to keep the colors accurate as possible, but it takes me a few weeks to get access to vallejo paint, vice 20min to get citadel. Any help would be great!

Khaki (Vallejo 998)

Also, if there are any FLGS or other hobby/craft stores in your area couldn't hurt to phone them up and see if they carry Vallejo. There are a couple of stores near me that carry the entire line.

Yea it has none of those colors listed, the only one it comes close to is Khaki 998, but it matches it to a dark auburn copper... so super wrong

What about Hobby Lobby? They usually carry the whole Model Color line.

Alternatively you can order Vallejo online at a significant discount. Sorry to try to steer you away from GW paints, but I'm pretty biased. Plus, it might be fairly difficult to match all of the colors you'd like to with GW.

You're most likely not going to find identical matches to the Vallejo range using Citadel paints. Even the closest equivalent to a Vallejo color in the Citadel range may be significantly different.

Gotcha. Still, they would probably have most of the ones Rysgame is looking for.

How about Vallejo from The Warstore...he ships priority so you'll have your paints in 3-4 days. $2.67 a bottle I believe.

Yeah, you're not going to find an exact match for the vast majority of Vallejo paints, especially the model colour line which specializes in duller colours that match historical sources.

The warstore was a good lead, ordered there. Cheap and nice to be able to get individual bottles

Neal (The Warstore guy) is legit --- that's one of the best online retailers in the US for the majority of the gaming stuff I need. eBay is also a good option if you can find some random sellers who carry a large part of the line.
