I'm looking at playing Crimson Fists and need guidance on Forge World's shoulder pad options.

Which "Mk" would match the basic Tactical Marine box? It looks like Mk IV to me. I'd like to pay the little extra to have these raised symbols, as I'm not a fan of decals and can't freehand that well. Thanks!

Yeah those ones would be fine. They're for an older pattern than the typical 'current' SM armour sets but it doesn't cosmetically look different so go for it. You can kinda get away with any pads for Space Marines to be honest.
