Any advice how to use them effectively? I played 3 games when i deepstriked them 2 games i failed the charge and never made it into combat, but 3rd time i used a landraider and rushed up and they got in. Seems the way to go.

They do good damage once they've closed in, but they're mildly overcosted for the abilities they have. That said, forcing wounds onto them while a better character is near is pretty hilarious.

I think their best use is is to teleport in at the end of Turn 1 just after Mortarion has flown forward close to your opponent. The Deathshroud soak up some of the firepower and then an unscathed Morty assaults next turn and proceeds to chew through your opponent's army.

If you want more traditional Terminators for assaulting, you may get more mileage from Blightlord Terminators.

Or do what I Plan to do, and run a squad of each No Morty though, not yet.
