I have a 25th anniversary rule book, I'm looking to sell it for £300 pounds as it is brand new and undamaged at all, includes the hard case, facsimile rulebook of the 1983 Warhammer rules and the original cardboard packaging. The books print number is 0313 of 2500.

This book has never been used (apart from to take a picture of it now) and below is the official GW description of it:
