This is the color scheme for my DG. I'm going for an almost rusting bronze look. It's sycorax bronze first washed with nuln oil, then another wash of sepia. Streaks are agrax. Now, I plan on getting a land raider and I want the same color scheme...BUT I hear washing an entire vehicle is hard to do or isn't recommend since washing flat surfaces doesn't look right. If so, any tips on getting this same metallic color scheme on to vehicles without using the two washes I used?

Pretty damn sweet IMHO!

The trick to doing a big, flat panelled vehicle is to do 1 section at a time. Start at the bottom panels, apply streaks to your fist panel, wet blend out then move round to the next panel. When the 1st panel is dry, do the same with the next shade. I'd go light first then dark. Once you've done the bottom panels, move up a row & repeat. Go over the rows under in one stroke.
I'd definitely do a trial & error on a spare vehicle 1st.
