What do you think of it ? And what marks should I use ?

Erm, I think forward operatives also counts as having your units in reserve. So, you have far too many units in reserve (including all your terminators). Because you will only have three cultist units that are not in reserve, but you need to have half of your total units deployed.

Well, the word reserve does not appear on the stratagem text, so... Plus, it is actually before the first game turn, so does this really count as reserve ?
